My razer blackwidow isn't working

First. The first row of keys (tyuiop) wasn't working so I attempted a hard reset (esc + caps + space bar) and now the keyboard isn't responding at all.

 

Lights just go and come.

    I’d test on another PC, but it might be something with the keys itself (switches) or the PCB failed.
