Orbweaver Chroma column of buttons not working.

Hi,
I've been using the orbweaver for that last couple of years with light usage. My general usage are some fps gaming maybe about a couple of hours a month and photo editing (using as shortcuts).

The main problem I'm having is buttons in the 02 column and buttons 16 and 18. These buttons are not working all at the same time. Also they are not the most used buttons.

Any suggestions on what I can do before opening up the keyboard and inspecting the PCB?
