Hi everyone,
I'm not sure if I'm posting this in the correct section. If I'm not, please let me know and I'll be happy to post in the correct section.
I've had my Orbweaver for about 4 years now. I love the product in terms of functionality. Recently the spacebar key stopped functioning properly, but seeing as I've had it for 4 years, It's not my biggest concern.
The major concern I have from it is the adhesive used for the hand rests. Less than 1 year after I purchased the Orbweaver, The hand rests started slipping and revealed the adhesive underneath. It seems to be an issue with the recent version as well based on the Amazon reviews I've read.
Rather than an adhesive, It may be more effective to use the T-shaped protrusions (can't remember what they are called) on the bottom of the pad that could then insert through a hole on the plastic framing in order to keep the pads in place. it would be more stable and less of a mess for those that use the product heavily. Overall, I loved the product, but could use some work on the construction of it.

We appreciate your insight about the Orbweaver. Will be forwarding this to our Product Development Team as feedback. I'll have to move the thread to the keyboards forums though. Anyways, I hope you have a good one.

I hope this means we could be seeing an Orbweaver V2 soon. ;)
I'm looking to get both an Orbweaver V2 and a wireless Naga Trinity whenever they come out (hopefully with a Gunmetal color option). The Naga and Orbweaver are really nice to have when playing Blizzard games such as World of Warcraft and Heroes of the Storm (which I hope gets an official Chroma profile). The Orbweaver is also great for laptop gamers such as myself since it's better than the laptop keyboard, saves space in the desk, and add shortcut keys on the side.
I think it's about time that the Orbweaver is added to Synapse 3 and release a new version of it since it's been a very long time.
Been through almost 3 orbweavers over the years and it is a fairly well known issue.
I've found the best solution is to peel back where the adhesive is seeping from and run a thin line of super glue along the edge. Let it set and it'll prevent further issue.

I purchased an Orbweaver stealth in Aug 2018. Not even 2 full months have passed and my palm rest is now sliding off of the unit and the wrist rest is bubbling up. I've submitted a support request to have this replaced. For $130 product, this is unacceptible.
I too have a 3 month old orbweaver with the adhesive completely a mess.
Can someone from support create an official fix for this and post it please.
I would like to know if I should use superglue, or an epoxy, or some other adhesive that would be specifically better than any others.
THI IS OBVIOUSLY A CONSISTENT PROBLEM WITH THIS PRODUCT.
Please address it.
Thank you.

I'm getting mine RMA'd. I don't have time for fixing this myself.
You know, it's also kind of odd. Now that the adhesive is coming loose, it's like the rubber piece for the palm wrest doesn't even fit. It's too big. I tried pushing everything back into the mold but it just overhangs. I wonder of palm heat is causing this thing to expand and perhaps that's part of the problem.

This is a common issue. Both of mine have it. Until they release a new version i am just going to "stick" with mine . BTW i just removed that cover, stripped the adhesive and used some different glue to hold it down.
