Ornata V3 not fully reactive

Hello, I just bought an ornata V3, I downloaded razer synapse 3 without any problem, The next day the reactive parameter (for lightning) didn't work anymore (only working with the key "fn") Do you all have any idea about what i could do ? Also, is it a know problem that i can't use more than 2 keys at the same time while playing vidéo game? (I c'ant press the key "T" when I am already pushing "Z" and "SPACE" Thank you for you time and response Have a great day
