Razer Blackwidow V4 PRO Key Registration Issues

Hello.
After purchasing this keyboard, I had heard about potential issues with certain keys, but in my case, I hadn't had any problems for a long time.
However, about a month ago, I started having intermittent problems. First, it was the "G" key, which lasted for about a week, then stopped. Now it's the "Y" key. I'm having problems with this key right now, as I'm writing this.
Due to the specific manifestations of this problem (sometimes no problem, then suddenly the key won't press for a whole day, and then everything is fine again), I can't figure out whether it's a hardware or software issue.
I'd really like to find out, as I purchased the keyboard on November 26, 2024, and I really don't want to end up wasting a significant amount of money on it.
My keyboard uses green switches.

Hello. I created a thread with a similar title yesterday, but I just noticed it seems to have been deleted.
I apologize if I violated any community guidelines. If I did, it was by accident.

Please let me know if my post violates any of the rules. I just want to know how to fix the problem I'm having.
Regarding the topic, my keyboard is about 14 months old, and since a certain point, it has been occasionally not registering certain keys. In my case, these keys have been "Y," "G," and "Shift" at various times (I just discovered the latter today).
Since the keyboard's warranty expired about two months ago, I'd like to know if this is a hardware issue requiring mechanical intervention, or if it can be resolved through software.
