I just got my Razer Blackwidow V4 pro and it looks great.

One of the interesting features that made me want this one even more was the “ Track jogging”  (fast forwarding and rewinding music with the command dial). This seems to work fine when Spotify/Youtube is in focus, but when minimized or not in the foreground it doesn’t work at all. Does anyone know if this is a setting I'm missing?

 

The whole feature seems completely useless if it doesn’t work on out of focus media players...

For anyone that has the same question. I figured it out (no thanks to the completely useless razer support agents.)

 

The “ track jogging” feature is pretty much just a marketing scam. All the wheel does is press Shift + Left/Right arrow. This can never work when the media is not on the foreground.
