I have a razer blakwidow v4 pro not 75%, does anyone know why the keyboard sometimes runs rgb? Doesn't know what's going on or is it someone? Is it a software issue?

Let me check on your keyboard. Can you send me a PM with a short video clip highlighting the LED issue so I can view it in my end? You can upload it to any hosting service like Google Drive and provide a shareable link. Just check the file so that anyone with the link can view it. Please also send the serial number so I can verify it in our system and look for troubleshooting steps that might address the LED issue.
