Razer Elite - Swap Playback Device Macro. HELP!

I looked into this. and looked into all the setting with macros and windows shortcuts and even recordings. I looked at everything and cannot find anything for a macro to do that. You can submit a Feature request though to razer! sorry about not being more help in this. (P.S. I felt I had too look into it because now I want to do that. and also thy username ends in 007 naturally)

Actually, with Synapse 3 you should be able to record mouse movements. In this way, you might be able to record your mouse making that change (choosing the right drop-down menus, etc.), and then just use a single button to perform the action every time. I'll log into Windows later today and give it a try.

Please try it too, cause I did try it myself actually and wasnt the result I expect. Maybe I performed the mouse actions slowly or fast but it didn't work. It doesn't record the mouse movement and the location of the mouse, that's why it doens't work (just a guess of mine) Keep me update if it worked for you. Thanks

I got it to work. It's not automatic, as it recorded my mouse movements, and when I pressed the button on my mouse that I used to test it, I just watched the cursor do the motions on its own. So in Synapse 3, go to the Macros tab. Next to the Record button, there is a dropdown option. Click on that to change the recording options. Make sure it is set to "Record Delay" in the middle section, and "Screen (Absolute)" in the bottom section. This way, it will record where your mouse is in relation to the screen, not where your mouse is when you start the recording. Hit record, and you get three seconds to move your mouse to the start position. Do the funtion you want, and then you'll have to move the cursor back up to the "stop" button. That part can't be helped - when I tried to do it via keyboard shortcut, it didn't stop the recording - it just recorded the keystrokes of the shortcut I had set. It's definitely NOT elegant at all, but it works. If I were you, I'd still submit a feature request. If Razer can implement that option in a more elegant manner, that would be amazing.

You are 100% correct! It worked! It's true I see it, its not the most elegant way to do it. Observing my mouse moving on my screen every time I press the macro is kinda awkward, but it works. So I will try to submit a feature request to razer and hope that their talented team could figure a better way for this to be done. Any ideas where do I submit the request? Here on forum, via email, is there any form I have to fill in? No worries! I'm always glad to help where I can. For a feature request (if it hasn't changed) go into Synapse, and ... oh wait, I'm thinking of Synapse 2! I'll have to get back on a Windows machine and let you know where you can find that in Synapse 3. LOL!
