I need help.
I was playing valorant and suddenly my keyboard lagging. It’s moving by itself for a minute then completely shut down. No light up, not responding, completely nothing like it suddenly just die. I tried unplug and plug it back to my computer but it just didn’t work. I also did uninstall the app and install it back but still nothing work. I’m really frustrated because I purchased this keyboard not that long ago. How can I get it fix or have it take care under warranty.

We’re leaning toward a hardware fault right here. Please send me your keyboard’s serial number via PM so I can validate it in our database and check for other workarounds that we can attempt. I’ll also check for the warranty status.
