Hello!

I have this Razer BLACKWIDOW V3 MINI HYPERSPEED keyboard and suddenly, the top row of the keyboard stopped working.

I have to say that i tried resetting it from Synapse, resetting it by pressing ESC + CAPS + Spacebar and plugging it in, updating the firmware, but nothing helped.

Has anyone had this issue and knows how to solve this, please?

Thanks and have a nice day!

Hi there, @scrobotah!

Let’s try reinstalling your keyboard’s drivers by following the steps below:

1. Press Windows + S on your device to open the Search bar.
2. Type in “Device Manager” and hit Enter.
3. Go to "Keyboards" or "Human Interface Device".
4. Right-click on the Razer BlackWidow V3 Mini HyperSpeed and select Uninstall device.
5. Restart your computer to completely uninstall the drivers.

The drivers will automatically reinstall after your computer restarts. If that didn’t work, then shoot me a PM along with your keyboard’s serial number so I can check for other workarounds.
