Razer Tartarus V2 Problem Auto Press Key 3

Hello, anybody can explain how to solve this problem ? thanks. My Tartarus V2 is auto pressing the Key 3 when i plugged in the USB. I've already pull out the keycaps and blow air to it. still happening. I'll put the video up later, my upload speed really slow. Sorry for the bad english :frown_: thanks in advance.

I would recommend contacting support if your keypad is still under warranty.

sounds like a malfunction. In the mean time you can disable it entirely in synapse 3. Go to keypad and press on button 3, then you can disable it in the bottom left corner
Where's the respawn?
