Hello, anybody can explain how to solve this problem ? thanks.
My Tartarus V2 is auto pressing the Key 3 when i plugged in the USB.
I've already pull out the keycaps and blow air to it. still happening.
I'll put the video up later, my upload speed really slow.

I would recommend contacting support if your keypad is still under warranty.
sounds like a malfunction. In the mean time you can disable it entirely in synapse 3. Go to keypad and press on button 3, then you can disable it in the bottom left corner
