Remapping keys using synapse (Blackwidow V3 mini)

Is it possible to map key combinations to a specific function? E.g. I want to map fn+alt+<key> to a macro or fn+ctrl+<key> to a macro. Is this possible? I can't seem to find that option in synapse, I only see hypershift assignments. Edit - I can see in the hypershift layer we can add modifiers when remapping the keys to a keyboard function but it still does not solve my problem. What I want is an ability to have a third layer of key bindings which is activated by <hypershift key> + <modifier>
