Ok, so as normal I was playing on my computer when I noticed SHIFT key was not working. I started to research on Internet trying to find a solution, but I noticed that also Z, X, B, N, M, Coma, . , /, UP, and on the numpad 1, 2, 3 and enter were not working. I changed Z hey switch with C key switch (which was working right) and it did not work, then I put the switch again on its place and it worked right, so I discarded that the switch was broken. I opened the keyboard and everything seems to be fine, so I think that is maybe the PCB the problem, or the leds that pass through the switched to activate the key. I would really appreciate any help.

Some keys suddenly stopped working - Razer Huntsman Elite
Also, forgot to add, they sometimes work, which is confusing me even more, I stopped using it some time because of the failure, and it worked fine, but after not more than 3 hours using it, it started to have the same problem. Sometimes, after pressing LOT of times a key that is not supposed to work, all of the not working keys also seems to work again, but that only longs for about 1 or 2 seconds.
Did you try another USB port and unplug the cable and plug it back in or try a different USB cable on the keyboard? Hope you can get it fixed.
