Synapse 3 can't see my Tartarus Pro and one driver does not install properly

Im trying to figure it out the entire afternoon, I just got my Tartarus Pro. Synapse 3 seems to be up to date, but from time to time when I plug in Tartarus into usb port synapse tries to update itself and windows tries install something called RzVirt_01 by ,,searching preconfigured driver folders''... my computer freezes after a minute or two of doing so... Synapse can't see Tartarus Pro at all... I don't know what more can I do.
