Tatarus V2 i am on my fourth one thumbstick broke again after two months

Hi, i am not sure other people have the same problem two. I have the Tatarus V2 i had it replaced 3 times already means i am on my fourth one. Every time the thumbstick breaks and it is stuck to the right means if you try to game even you touch nothing your character will move from alone to the right and you can not go to the left anymore. I am so tired of this BS i am a big fan of Razer but now i am thinking to buy from other companies. To this point i ordered from Amazon from Razer the Tatarus V2 but i do not think they will replace it a fourth time. First one was holding a year, second one 6 month, third one 2 months and this one now after two months thumbstick broken again. I am saying what i am thinking. Razer did a horrible job with the thumbstick…..everything works fine on this gaming pad except every time the thumbstick what is wrong with this company?

    It would make sense to go back to membrane here on Tartarus v3. Now I have a joystick the faster switches here are not worth the hassle with how much these wear down. I have wore through a dozen of these switches since 2017 between warranty and repair.

     

    I was an advocate for the mouse switch as a dpad movement player. That's all gone with a joystick on Tartarus v2 pro. I think they should go back to the more reliable membrane dpad for the hotkey dpad users. At least those you just give a good clean and they come back to life. Nothing can be done to a broken spring in a mouse style switch.
