Why isn't my Huntsman Elite keyboard's /? key working?

I recently acquired a Huntsman Elite keyboard but encountered an issue with the (/?) key not functioning. All other keys on the keyboard work correctly. I attempted the 'esc+caps+space reset, but the issue persisted, and I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Synapse software. Despite these efforts, the problem remains. I am seeking suggestions on what else I can try.

1. Try keyboard on another device.
2. Check your macros and hypershift keys in Synapse
3. Take it apart and pop out the switch and try swapping it out with the switch next to it.

there are a few other things you can try to troubleshoot the problem:
