Hey there,
So my Basilisk V3 stopped working poroperly (it keeps turning on an off) and i was sure it is a hardware issue. So I got myself a new Basilisk V3 which cant be synchronised properly.
The Lightning and most keys can be remapped as intended, however not button 5 and 6. I managed to get my old one running for a moment and its buttons worked just fine.
I also relized that the device manager only labels the mouse as comfort mouse and not as Basilisk V3 as it did with my old one.
I checked by turning off Synapse or using the mice with another device, apparently the internal storage seems to work, since i can use the remapped buttons on my laptop or my PC wihtout having Synapse running. Which makes me think this is a Software issue regarding Synapse.
Has anyone experienced the same issue or found a solution?
