Hello there,
I have a brand new Basilisk V3 mouse, when i plug it to my computer it everything in the mouse work except the optical sensor, i can not move the pointer, all other 10 buttons are working very good.
I have win11, and already have the razer synapse program.
I tried to search for the same problem but found nothing.
Anyone had this problem before or know how to solve it?
Have you tried using it on a different surface? You can also update its firmware. If that didn’t do the trick, then send me a PM along with your mouse’s serial number so I can validate it in our system and check for other troubleshooting steps.
