I don’t know why this started happening, but my dongle just keeps disconnecting and reconnecting when I plug it in. I’ve tried to use other USB ports, but the same issue still happens.
When I plug it in, a continuous disconnection sound happens within a 0.5 - 1 second frame. If there are any fixes or suggestions on what to do, I would greatly appreciate it!!
I started having this exact same problem after about 6-7 months of using this mouse. Im hoping we get some sort of reply from Razer...
Same on me. After I update my razer mouse which is “Razer Inc - HIDClass - 6.2.9200.16547)” update the problem started to happen.. I hope the razer support team will help us about this issue.

I’m in exact same boat, 7 month after starting using this mouse dongle works for about a minutes and later starts disconnecting and reconnecting with DRIVER ERROR message.
