Dav2 pro Mouse does not turn on

So I was just playing with my friends on a MacBook just then, and a few minutes later,

the mice just fully stopped. I tried to switch it off, but it kept glowing pink. It didn’t connect to Bluetooth nor the 2.4. So I left it on my desk for about 8 hours and it was as still glowing pink. Is there anything I could do to reset the mouse? I also I don’t have razer synapse installed and I’ve tried the profile button. Now the pink light turned off and I can’t manage to turn it back on no matter what button(s) I press, please help.

We’re leaning toward a hardware fault right here. Is it possible for you to try it on a different computer just to check if the same issue persists? If it does, send me a message via PM along with your mouse’s serial number so I can validate it in our system and check the warranty status.
