Hello
I have run the ‘device detection toubleshoot tool’ app as described by support and synapse sees my device, but when i run the firmware it say close synapse and all other apps which i do, but it still says connect device and the update button is still greyed out (not available).
I checked in the services to ensure sysnapse wasnt still running and closed the remaining services but this did not make any difference.
What else can i do?
Seems like this issue is immortal.I bought a Deathadder today and ended up here to find solution.
Been frustrated the whole day.
Turns out there are slight differences between the deathadder mice and even though theyre the same name it dont need an update, so support tells me

I think there are some issues with the Synapse 3.I went behind to update the firmware because Synapse couldn’t find my device but later on I went inside Synapse Beta Program and the beta one works flawlessly.
