Deathadder V2 X Hyperspeed can't connect to any computer via 2.4GHz dongle

Same issue as here and here. I plug the dongle into my PC, the mouse reconnects every second. I plug it into my laptop, same issue. I put it into bluetooth mode, the mouse works fine, but the polling rate is too low for playing FPS. Bought the mouse roughly a year ago, but the support page says that my mouse is out of warranty and I can’t even start a chat with the support. Tried reinstalling firmware and drivers, restarting the PC, using the pair utility, moving the mouse into the direct sight of the dongle. Nothing works, the mouse is, for now, unusable. Had to buy a cheap wired mouse for the time being and I’m not happy with my situation. If there is anything that can fix the issue, I would very much appreciate sharing that. If not, I’m saving up for a different mouse and probably not a Razer one.
