I bought a mouse. I use USB dongle first connect but need firmware update. I update firmware. No USB doesn’t work with USB, bluetooth and the 2.4 usb dongle. Did i buy a paper weight?
How do i solve this issue.

If I'm going to have to boycott a company to finally get a response for a problem that third parties have reported to be easily fixed. Then Razer has some stuff to improve with their company relating to technical support.
