Bought Razer Naga V2 Pro in December, arrived on time for Xmas Day, stopped working on the 28th of December. Contacted Support for a refund, they asked me reasons etc. They were pleasant and convinced me that intermittent signal had occurred unfortunately in some of their units and that they would provide me with a new one. So far so good. The return was a nightmare, was done via FedEx had to print everything and rebook everything and find a Fedex drop off, easier said than done when you live in a small town. Anyhow there were issues with the Fedex label so I couldn't return it as 17 days had now passed, had to get another RMA, this time DHL, easier as one in town, managed to get the return but had to wait almost 2 week (from the return date) to receiving the new unit. Great finally arrived on the 28th of Feb. Used it to check it, mouse working great. I went on holiday for 5 days and when I got back, exactly same fault, intermittent signal. Contacted customer support and guess what, not eligible for refund as you have 14 calendar days to arrange a refund. When questioned they said that the order was delivered on the 21st of December, they do not count that they had to send a new unit. CON of the year? Time will tell so far no money back and a mouse which doesn't work YAY me!!!
