Does Razer Synapse have application specific settings?
Application specific settings, i.e.: the ability to set buttons to perform specific tasks on each application, Is my favorite feature of Logitech Options. A process will run in Windows background that will detect what app I'm using. Does Razer Synapse do this?

How do I assign keyboard shortcuts to mouse buttons for that game or app?

create a custom profile for a game / app then go to Profiles tab in synapse, then select a device -> select your profile, and on the right side you have linked games + button. Click it, assign game or app (or multiple games/apps).

(Synapse must be running in the background of course).
You mean as a background process right?

but synapse is not running automaticly right ? you have to binds as u will to change profile for different task
You just create a custom profile for a game / app then go to Profiles tab in synapse, then select a device -> select your profile, and on the right side you have linked games + button. Click it, assign game or app (or multiple games/apps).
Each time when you'll launch linked game or app - the profile will automatically change (Synapse must be running in the background of course).
When you'll alt+tab / switch to other app - the profile will back to previous (but it requires about 1 or 2 secs to switch).

Yup, you can set a different profile, for each app or game.
Once you'll run the app or game - the profile will be automatically switched, so you have your keybinds and other settings.
