My sensivity works when i have off razer synapse
and how i turn on i only have 400 dpi

Please help thank you in advance

More info will be great like what mouse you use, what synapse you have and more about the issue if it's from the begining or mayby recntly you have ?

Hi @worldawesomeTan490. You should be able to switch DPIs on the fly using the DPI button on your mouse. Send me a PM with the serial number of your Razer Mouse and I'd be happy to help you set things up.

I had an issue with my mamba hyperflux were I could not adjust sensitivity settings all in synapse and with the buttons on the mouse...

what fixed it for me was deleting all my profiles in synapse, then making a new profile. never had a problem since and that was about 6 weeks a go

I did new razer synapse 3.0
and its not working

I did new profil
and it still does not work

DeathAdder Elite doesn't have internal memory, so you have to synapse 3 running in the background. Just post a screenshot of your profile/settings, so we'll see how it's look like. There's also possibility, that synapse 3 is "corrupted", and you have to reinstall it.

But mouse is visible in Synapse 3? If yes, post the screenshot of configuration.
You can also try use your mouse on different PC (without installing synapse), and changing DPI with DPI buttons under the scroll, to test if this works.

Synapse 2 will not work with new devices in this case deathader elite 😛 On ss seems everything is fine. If you want more DPI stages just change it from 2 to max 5. On slider below you set the exact number you want mouse will work.

It should be OK with this settings. And if you click DPI button down (to cycle down sensitivity stage - to 400 DPI) - you don't see any difference in mouse movement (slower)?
The DPI change notification is not always showing (dunno why).

This is the problem, that i do not feel
Pl: gdy zmieniam dpi na 400 to wogóle tego nie czuje a się pokazuje.

I just feel that I have 800 DPI
If I give from 400 to 16000dpi i does not feel any difference either 😜

Ok can you delete all profiles you have on mouse and create just one new with factory settings. Dont change anything on default settings two mouse buttons under the scroll wheel are DPI change. Opoen game or cheack in windows if the same thing is happend also if you cheack this on windows dont close PDI window on synapse it change in the same time when you press buton on mouse. Write here how it;s behave.

Select stage and modify it with the slider this i belive will save into current profile you have enable. So if you want to have difrent DPI stages that are pre-made select profile you want like overwatch modify it and every time you lanuch game you will have the stages you set for this game.
