i’ve had this problem for a while now and i’ve followed so many fixes to no avail. the problem would sometime disappear (mouse sensor/cursor would stop glitching and work fine) but then it’d reappear again some time later and gets worse than before. i’ve already contacted support, but it’s gonna take a bit till they get back. i’ve already tried much of the fixes suggested by razor’s basic mouse support (that didn’t work):
Verified Windows is up to date.
Connected the USB dongle directly to a PC's USB port and not a USB hub. Verified there is a clear line of sight from the mouse to the dongle.
Updated the firmware on mouse if it is on the list.
Tested the mouse on a different surface.
Checked if a software is causing the issue by closing all Razer apps and software.
Check if the issue persists with a different PC.
Btw, i’ve already tried to clean the sensor with a cotton swab, didn’t work
Along with that, i’ve also follow and try many other fixes that i could find on the internet which all didn’t work:
Turn off “scroll inactive windows when hovering over them” in mouse settings (worked for some time, but then the glitching came back again, kept turning it on and off which worked for awhile until it stopped working/was not effective)
Turned off “enhance pointer precision” and “Hide pointer while typing” in main.cpl
updated (it was already up to date) and delete/reinstalled the mouse’s driver
PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME. i literally cannot play any games cuz it makes my screen/player move erratically in different directions and it happens so often
