I just bought them, installed the app which can't connect to them even when they are connected and I can only hear from the right one

Yes, I have tried to connect them to a different device and wasn't able to connect them to the app, my phones has the latest version of android. Also I forgot to mension that the left one doesn't work completely, I pushed it's button too many times to count and I couldn't hear any noises coming out of it

Thanks for letting me know. If you have purchased the earbuds from a reseller and you are residing outside the US, please contact the store so you can get a faster replacement. Otherwise, send me a PM so I can submit a case to our Support Team.
Thank you, I have already contacted with the store and I'm waiting for the replacement. I also want to ask you something else, the store will send me an other left earbud to replace the non working one. If the one they send me works, will they be able to connect?
Whenever you initiate a replacement, the seller will always take your product as a whole and give a new one.
To the question of will it work, depends entirely on the device you are trying to connect it to and its compatibility. Both the True Wireless model's compatibility is at the bottom tech specs sheet in the below links

Thanks for asking. jakw0lf is right. Razer and resellers replace peripherals as a whole. Also, Razer does not repair peripherals such as a mouse, keyboard, and headset and proceed with replacement as long as it is within its warranty coverage. Once you receive the replacement device, please test it right away and contact us should you encounter any issues.
