Mamba Wireless Double Click Issue | Razer Insider
Skip to main content
I had bought a Mamba Wireless about a year ago. The mouse worked great but then recently the right mouse button began having issues. When I would play an fps and aim, the character would either not aim down the sights or if they did they would stop aiming after a second or two. I then noticed that the mouse was actually registering a double click. I thought that maybe the mouse had dust in it so I cleaned it with some pressurized air. I then uninstalled Razer Synapse and the Mouse drivers. Nothing fixed it. The mouse wasn't dropped or damaged in any way, it just began double clicking a few days ago for no reason. Any one have any ideas on how to fix this?
I don't know a fix, but I believe it has a 2 year warranty. If you bought it through a good local store, then a replacement can be quick and easy.

I would never buy peripherals from Razer's online store for this reason. Their support in these cases isn't always great. Usually resellers sell them cheaper anyway :smile_: Best of luck
As @JulianKapa said - if you still active warranty - RMA it.

If not - you can buy replacement switches and resolder them - it's fairly easy and cheap to do.
I have my Mamba Wireless before and I've been using it for quite a while until I have this called double click issue but thanks to Razer there always helping me when I have issue with my Razer device. You can reach their website RAZER SUPPORT hope this will help you. Have a great day ahead everyone!

Seems to be the life of most razer mice i am afraid, 1 year.
The mouse has a 2 years warranty so you can request replacement from Razer. They can provide options too. Goodluck!
