So I was just playing with my friends on a MacBook just then, and a few minutes later,

the mice just fully stopped. I tried to switch it off, but it kept glowing pink. It didn’t connect to Bluetooth nor the 2.4. So I left it on my desk for about 8 hours and it was as still glowing pink. Is there anything I could do to reset the mouse? I Also I don’t have razer synapse installed and I’ve tried the profile button, and it didn’t do anything, please help me fix it.

Try to reinstall your mouse’s drivers. You can also update its firmware. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
