i was playing a game and then my mouse just shut off and wouldnt turn back on i tried every usb plug in spot on my laptop and it didnt work and i verified that the usb plugins worked cuz i stuck something else in that worked idk why its not working though

It would best to try it on a different computer just to check if it’s working. If the same issue persists, then you can drop me a PM along with your mouse’s serial number so I can check my resources for possible workarounds.
