Hey everyone,
ive been looking everywhere, but no one has had the answer so i am asking here. My Razer Basilisk Ultimate fell off my Table (table is maybe like 40 cm tall) onto a soft carpet, and now it doesnt even want to turn on nor connect. But when i plug it in to charge (i use the docking charger) it glows signaling that it isnt broken.
Should i open the mouse up? The only explanation i got for this is that when it fell, something under the plastic fell out of place. I hope that this mouse isnt broken now.
