My Viper Ultimate's Dongle stop working after 3-4 uses, seem like it break inside

I purchased a Viper Ultimate but didn’t use it much, like just unbox and leave it there as my mouse collection

 

After like 3 months, I tested it, it worked but right after 3-4 times I unplug and plug in again, very softly, the dongle was stop working, and I dont know why, I spent like 2 month to adjust the software, but it now work.

 

I used flashlight to see inside the dongle then realized that the dongle seems like break inside, I have no idea about the quality why it so easy to break just right after 3-4 times

I wonder is there any free replacement for the mouse or how I can contact with Razer Support more about this one

Can you download the Mouse Pairing Utility and follow the steps from this link? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and check for troubleshooting steps that might address the connection issue.
