Hey how’s it going.
I spent a bunch of money on this mouse for it to randomly stop working after about month. Other people seem to have the same issue but no fixes I’ve found have worked. I can’t update the firmware because the mouse isn’t detected even if I directly plug it into my PC. I’ve tried multiple usb ports on my PC, restarting every software, and the PC itself but nothing.
The price point of this mouse means it should work out the box and until I don’t want it to anymore. This is ridiculous and I can’t see myself ever buying a razer product again.
