After dpi customization winodws updates, razer synapse updates i plugged it on xbox and suddenly it stopped working the led light did not work but the sensor light it worked. Can anyone help me. I tried uninstalling razer synapse. Uninstalling wimdows updates but still the light does not turn on and it is not working.
Can anyone help me?
Which mouse do you have?
Maybe try creating new (empty) profile in Synapse software?
I have deathadder essential but it doesnt recognize at all neither on xbox even the led green oight is off

You can try two things first connect mouse to difrent pc to cheack if it's working as should be if yes go to your pc and to device menager find your mouse and remove it then unplug mouse from usb and reboot pc plug back and cheack if it;s working fine. If another pc will have the same issue it's most likely is a hardwere issue and the best solution will be send to warranty or if you can replace it store where you buy it.
