tengo problemas porque ni mi pc, ni razer synapse reconoce mi mouse, hasta hace unos momentos encendia las luces y ahora se apago completamente, hay alguna solucion?

    If you want help write in english :P I dont know if i understand it correct but your mouse if not showing in synapse ? To be sure can you write what version of synapse you use ?
