razer abyssus v2 problem.

Hello everybody I've been using my mouse for a long time. Today, while playing Counter Strike, my sensitivity changed automatically to a bit higher. So I decided to enter the Ryzer Synapse settings. This is where the problem begins. I can't open the window in which I manually set the sensitivity of my mouse. While I open "open razer synapse" something like that pops up. I enclose in the picture

    Try replugging mouse to a different usb port. If this not helps then uninstall Synapse, go to device manager in Windows and remove abyssus (with drivers), use a CCleaner to cleanup your PC also with the registry, reboot OS and install Synapse 2 again.
