Just today 4/7/24 I noticed that my track pad no longer works at all. I had just used the track pad on 4/5/24 with no issues whatsoever. I am able to hear the click the track pad makes, but it does not do anything. I can also not move the cursor unless I use a wireless mouse.

Please check if trackpad is disabled or is it at least visible in windows device manager:
I checked on device manager and all that was there was HID- compliant mouse. I could not anything that relates to trackpad. I attempted to delete all of mouse drivers that I could under mice and other pointing devices. Scanned for hardware changes and then restarted my computer. Issue still persists
