Razer Basilisk 3 Ultimate + Razer Firefly V2 issue

Hello everyone. I am having issues with my Razer Basilisk 3 Ultimate + Razer Firefly V2. Namely, the mouse scratches on the mouse pad with a very unpleasant noise. You can listen to the sound of the video at the link (my old Razer Lancehead TE for comparison and and on a noname mouse it is also quiet) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LdDzVdhcguE I tried two new identical mice Razer Basilisk 3 Ultimate on the mouse pad Razer Firefly V2 and on the mouse pad Razer Firefly V1 Cloth Edition (the sound is quieter because the mouse pad is not as hard) and just on the table - the sound is as at Firefly V2. Does anyone have the same problem? The Razer Basilisk 3 Ultimate and Razer Firefly V2 are brand new and this was right after unboxing. Both were bought on 01/05/2022

    Check bottom of your Basilisk 3. Maybe feets are "unbalanced" and it scratches with bottom case. On the other side it have different feets, than Lancehead TE, so they may sound different.
