Hi,
I bought a wired mouse, a Razer Basilisk V3, on May 6, 2024, but it stopped working last night.
It's disheartening to experience such a malfunction within a month of purchasing a product that should last longer, especially considering the warranty period.
I cannot move the mouse pointer on the monitor screen anymore. I can click and scroll. It responds.
But the mouse’s optic sensor is not working anymore.
I have updated to latest firmware version. It is just not working 😭
May I know how can I fix that?
