Razer Deathadder v2 pro doesn't turn on

DeepMagentaautoflow452

Hi there,

I purchased this mouse on April 3 and now it looks dead - no RGB, no light on the bottom, no visibility in Razer Synapse. I tried to enable pairing mode, but it doesn’t work as well.

I bought this specific mouse to replace my other Deathadder v2 pro purchased like 25 months ago (very thoughtful of the mouse to wait for 24 month until the warranty is gone) got dead one of the side buttons.

Serial number: PM2115H15902418

Is there anything I can do to bright it to the world of living?

Generally, it’s definitely my last Razer device, because I already have a drawer full of Razer Dead Adders™.

May be dead battery. Is it working via wire?

Thanks for your reply.

You’re right, the battery were dead regardless of using the same cable and USB port I’ve been using since the purchase. I plugged it into another port and it appeared in Synapse with 0% battery.

I have the same problem.  the battery will not charge and is bad.   You would think razor would sell a replacement battery., but they don’t.

local battery stores were no help.

anyone know where to get a replacement battery

You can ask Razer Support. Do you still have valid warranty?

I tired to ask them first.   Warranty has just expired.   Razor says not eligible for free support.  I’m not paying to ask a freaking question to their support staff.   If this is how they are going to run their business I’ve probably purchased my last razor laptop and mouse.

There are 3rd party replacements available online. You need 3.7V 3-pin LiPo 470mAh battery
