Razer Deathadder v2 pro stopped working

My Deathadder v2 pro stopped working. I run it in 2.4 GHz mode.

I updated the firmware. Did not help. Tried rebooting. Did not help.

Does not work in BT (BT is on) or 2.4 GHz mode. Does not appear in Synapse.

 

Appears in windows devices as connected and paired.

 

  

 

Please help.
