Razer Mamba Tournament Edition - Scroll wheel broken

Dear Razer community, I played with this mouce for around one year I had no trouble with it what so ever. Suddenly my scrollwheel broke or something. The mouse click still works, just the up and down wheeling doesn't work. Does anyone has a solution? Regards, Duyvis

If mouse is on warranty - RMA it. If not - you can try to fix it yourself - probably the plastic "pin", that is going to scroll encoder is broken. Dunno if you'll find new scroll for mamba (somewhere on eBay), but scroll from DeathAdder should fit too.

I just dissasembled my mouse and this is how it looks like. I noticed that next to the scroll wheel the 3 wires aren't connected. Do you know if that has anything to do with the scroll wheel issue?

I think FiszPL thought that the wheel wouldnt move. If the wires arent connected then just it wouldnt work. I guess solder it back or smt
