So i had a problem since about a year : my Razer Mamba Wireless would not work if used with the dongle (yes it had battery and the switch was on) so i used it with the cable since. But today i tried to look for help and see this page : https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/6085/~/mouse-support so i clicked on “mouse connection issues” > “Mouse does not work or is not detected” > “USB Dongle” and done all the steps, the dongle is still not working (the mouse is really on i see the red light turning on/off as i switch the button). So my problem is still not solved. But there is another problem since. One of the steps that they told us is to update the firmware, i have done it, it has update the dongle firmware, then went for the cable update, it started to download it, then gone a step back, asking again to connect the mouse with the cable, even if it is already connected, and sicne my mouse isn’t working at all, either with the dongle or the cable…
I would like to tell that Razer synapse also don’t recognize my mouse. But when i launched it before doing all the steps the chroma light of my mouse went on, but now they’re off...
