Razer mouse not moving.

I have a RAZER Atheris wireless mouse and I bought it almost a year ago.

Just yesterday it was working fine.

This morning I got up, and found out that it just doesn't work anymore.

The mouse USB device has been detected by the computer.

But for some reason the DPI light keeps flashing blue as soon as I turn it on, and when I try to move the mouse, it just won't move on the screen.

I assume you're using 2.4GHz mode. Did you've tried to put mouse next to USB dongle, then turn it on in 2.4GHz mode? It should take a second or two to pair with the dongle.
If not - try replacing batteries, or also try it on other PC.
I got my Razer Mamba Tournament Edition a couple of years back, and I still use it every day. I have a small problem with it though. Every now and again, it stops working for a few seconds, and starts working again if I either: A: drags the mouse all over the mouse pad repeatedly (only works sometimes), or B: unplug the mouse and plug it in again.

This has been a reoccurring issue ever since I bought it. Through different PCs. Now, it hasn't been a huge issue, obviously, since otherwise I would have been trying to resolve it way back. But it's still a mild annoyance that, at times, can be really frustrating while playing a fast paced game. How can I fix this? Do I have to download drivers?

If it happens also on other PCs - there is problem with the mouse itself (hardware problem). Check if there is any damage to the cable, also try to bend it in few places, to check if the mouse is disconnecting or not. This may be also some internal issue on PCB which will be harder to find.
I am also using Razer Atheris, for four years now, and, unfortunately, since some update month or two ago I have similar problem. Rarely, after turning computer on, there is no mouse. I have to unplug dongle and plug it again - and mouse appears and works OK.
But there is another problem and I think it may be related: When I go away from my computer and mouse goes to sleep (computer is running), and after I return mouse is extremely laggy for a dozen of seconds. After that it works fine.
Just realized: It is now extremely laggy after profile change, for about 10 - 12 seconds. It is the same if I change profile using the tray icon, or if I launch a game with assigned profile other than my default desktop profile. It looks, like when waking up mouse from sleep, the same things happen.
