My Razer Naga v2 Pro stopped charging after recent updates, when connected with USB cable it showed as charging in Synapse but it wasn’t. Until it completely drained the battery and now the mouse is completely dead, no RGB, no power light underneath, not being detected by windows or Synapse.

I tried: reinstalling synapse, reinstalling drivers, using Synapse 4 beta, tested mouse in another PC, multiple different ports, restarted pc multiple times, no luck…

Mouse seems completely dead and gives no signs of charging whatsoever.

Mouse has around 4 months in use from the day I purchased it.

Is this software related? Mouse was working perfectly normal a few days ago.

I have the same exact issue. Synapse updated within the past 3 days for me. Woke up today to find the mouse completely dead and no signs of charging regardless of what I do. Had the mouse for about 11 months now. Feels like it got hit with a killswitch update or something

This Co. (as well as Activision etc.) don’t care about their customers but want you buy more of their shit. Gaming/Tech Co.’s/ NEVER address customer satisfaction issues because they already have your $.

This has happened to me before , SOMEHOW the mouse starts charging again. I never know the cause or remedy. If I were wealthy, I’d say something that these Co.’s understand….”CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT” !

Yeah currently mine is stuck at 5%. I have tried leaving it on the dock which worked fine till today. the mouse is maybe half a year old still looks brand new. even plugged in its says charging in synapse but it stays on 5. tried turning it off and on, restarting the pc… mouse just aint charging… it also got way less than 50 hours a charge or whatever the advertised life was. even on lows polling rate and lights on low… guess its a wired mouse now… not sure i will risk buying a razer product again if this is how unreliable they are...
