Razer Pro Click Mini Button Problem

So recently i found my ProClick mini being unresponsive.. The mouse 4 (or 5) button (the default button for "back") wouldn't register (even after "click" sound) unless I put (I think) excessive pressure, unlike the other button (used for "forward") and it has been annoying me. I believe that my product is faulty, but the store where I bought it insisted that it's not. What do you guys think? https://twitter.com/Razer/status/1530140292036210693

It's faulty - RMA it. It's not normal behaviour to heavy press some key to use it (hardware issue - faulty switch).

Okay.. Thank you for your opinion.. This should help me convince the store that it is in fact faulty.. Once again, thank you!
