Razer Pro Click unable connect to PC via Bluetooth, Cable and 2.4 pro click

Previously the connection is in good condition but now unable to connect to PC. The green light for power keeps blinking. Any solution for this?

There is a firmware update for the mouse which could resolve this, even tho its not listed in the fixed issues release notes. You can find the firmware updater @ https://razerdrivers.s3.us-west-1.amazonaws.com/drivers/ProClick/Razer%20Pro%20Click%20Firmware%20Updater%20Guide.pdf Try this and see if it resolves your issues. Thanks!

had tried to do it. But after I plug in the wireless USB dongle to my PC. follow by connecting with the supplied USB cable. This part failed. The PC was unable to detect the mouse via USB cable.

You probably have a faulty unit then. I would get ahold of them for a return/exchange.
