Razer viper 8k scroll wheel issue

I have a problem with my razer viper 8k scroll wheel. When i scroll down or upp it goes in the other direction in one stage of the scroll wheel and then it goes the right direction again. It happens everytime i scroll. I already try switching computer, reinstall the device in device manager and try updating the firmware but nothing worked.
If someone know how to fix this pls comment because it's really annoying when it does that everytime.

Same problem, but i tried spraying the scroll wheel with sanitizer spray and the scroll whell started working but only for couple of hours only

Yeah it's like something is stuck In It and is just jumping around and the spray just sprayas it away temporarily

Tengo el mismo problema.

I have had the same problem with the same Viper 8k mouse (even after replacing it once with the same model) for what feels like forever.  The mouse scroll will work for a while, but then this problem starts and never stops.  Whatever mechanism they use for the scroll wheel in this mouse must not be great.  I was considering replacing it with another Viper again but now I think I’ll look for something else.  Shame, since I really love the feel of the Viper 8k in my hand (and I’m a lefty so ambidextrous mice are harder to come by).

You can just replace scroll encoder (requires soldering). Cheaper than new mouse.
