Razer Viper Mini Scroll Wheel Too Rough For Frequent Use

I’m finding the surface of the scroll wheel too rough like sandpaper. I do massive amounts of scrolling so you can imagine the state of the skin on my fingers after using this mouse for a few hours. Did they have to add prickly spikes?

 

Is there a replacement wheel that is more forgiving?

    I have returned a deathadder v3 and a v4 for the same reason.  I don’t know who’s making these product decisions, but they’ve lost me as a customer until they fix this.  The tiny pyramids on the scroll wheel hurt your finger.  It’s afwul.  Razer, go back to the nice comfortable one on the originals.  Or give us a way to change it out.
